My Truth

Most people who find me aren’t falling apart.
They’re capable, intelligent, and respected.

They’re just carrying more than they can keep holding alone —
in their work, their leadership, their families, or their own inner world.

They’ve outgrown the way they’ve been operating, but they don’t yet have a place where that transition can land safely.

That’s where I come in.

I support individuals, leaders, and organizations through moments of chaos or calm — when clarity is just out of reach, pressure is volatile, and times are uncertain. 

This work isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about helping you stabilize, integrate, and move forward without abandoning your truth— and often finally leaning into what  that is.

Sometimes that looks like private, one-on-one support.
Sometimes it’s breathwork, somatic practices, or energetic integration.
Sometimes it’s leadership consulting inside an organization that’s ready for a more human way of operating.

The form changes.
The intention doesn’t.

Before this work, I spent decades inside traditional systems.

I’ve led teams.
I’ve held executive roles.
I’ve managed finance, operations, HR, compliance, and growth under real pressure — not theory.

And alongside that, I trained deeply in the body and the nervous system:

• Craniosacral therapy & Somato-Emotional Release
• Breathwork facilitation
• Kundalini & Vinyasa yoga
• Reiki & energy medicine 
• Ceremony, integration, and altered-state work
   

I don’t work from one side of the fence.

I understand what it means to be awake, sensitive, intuitive — and still responsible for results, people, and decisions.

That integration is the work.

There’s no one-size path.

That’s why everything begins with a free assessment.
