Soul-Matics
Gathering Fusing Movement, Dialogue, Breath and All The Things
This has been a long-time coming since first starting Yoga Teacher Training last fall. I couldn’t exactly decide what I wanted my offering to look like so I waited for the answer to show itself. What took shape is a melting pot of all the things that are a part of my daily practices stemming from somatics, asana, breath, dance, exploration of consciousness, and shamanic alchemy.
What is Soul-Matics?
At the peak of this ring in my spiral, I was guided to create an abstract mosaic encompassing my passions, my gifts and share them in a class meets workshop communion for like-minded and curious individuals.
Essentially, its my interpretation of Somatic alchemy fusing breath, movement, and contemplation.
A dynamic exploration of the body, mind and soul with the intention to reveal, transmute and release energetic blockages and attachments. You can expect a variety of yogic practices, modalities and movement techniques unique to each Satsang.
